Full-time (Night Shift, 7pm to 4am) We need driven and experienced Solar Project Coordinator to become part of our team in Johar Town, Lahore. 

The full-time, night shift position will play an important role in planning, implementing, and the successful execution of solar projects. You will closely collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and quality delivery of solar projects along with safety and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling and Planning:

 Work with project managers to develop and manage project schedules and budgetsmaking timely and correct deliveries.

Technical Support:

 Contribute to project planning to integrate engineering needs with goals and assist in overcoming technical difficulties.

Documentation and Quality Control:

 Check and confirm compliance with technical documents, specifications, and codes during the duration of the project. Keep up-to-date records like building plans and technical documentation.

Regulatory Compliance:

 Provide assistance with permitting and regulatory reports to ensure the project complies with all necessary codes and standards.

Risk Management:

 Provide assistance with identifying and addressing engineering and project execution risks.

Performance Analysis and Commissioning:

 Provide assistance with performance analysis and troubleshooting during system commissioning to verify systems against design specifications.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

 Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress, schedules, and issues.

Skills and Abilities

Education:

Bachelor’s in engineering, renewable energy, or related discipline.
Experience: 2+ years 
of solar project engineering or equivalent experience desirable.

Technical Skills:

 Excellent knowledge of solar systems, project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera), and design software.

Communication Skills:

 Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Soft Skills:

 Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
