Your Role: Learning and Development Manager
You will be responsible as the Learning and Development Manager for creating and implementing innovative learning solutions that are aligned with Trustpilot’s long-term business strategies. You will create motivating programs, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and create a learning culture that supports Trustees (our employees) in growing and developing.
From onboarding through leadership development, your efforts will make our workforce agile, talented, and capable of responding to future demands. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and employees at all levels to understand gaps in learning and develop solutions that drive organizational and individual achievement.
What you’ll be doing.
Design scalable learning programs:
Create and deploy worldwide learning programs that equip Trust Pilot’s staff and support our long-term business objectives.
Develop compelling learning experiences:
Leverage innovative learning strategies and technology tools to design impactful training programs.
Drive cross-functional projects:
Collaborate with groups throughout the company to drive timely and successful delivery of learning initiatives with quantifiable impact.
Enhance employee onboarding experience:
Own and refine the developmental components of our onboarding programs to reflect TrustPilot’s values and business goals.
Operate our Learning Management System (LMS):
Utilize the LMS to successfully deliver, track, and report on all learning activities.
Measure learning needs:
Evaluate and identify learning gaps and create targeted solutions to close them.
Partner with stakeholders:
Collaborate with teams across functions to deploy learning strategies that enhance employee performance.
Conduct interactive training:
Deliver interactive workshops and online learning modules that enable ongoing personal and professional development.
Assess the effectiveness of learning:
Leverage data, feedback, and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and fuel ongoing improvement.
Develop a culture of learning:
Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring to foster a culture of ongoing growth and inquisitiveness.
Engage key stakeholders:
Collaborate with leadership and employees of all departments to synchronize learning strategy with business objectives.
