Key Responsibilities: The Head Purchaser /Restaurant Buyer will be tasked with sourcing, buying, and inventory management for critical operational supplies. This entails but is not limited.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

Sourcing bar and kitchen equipment, glassware, linens, and cleaning supplies.

Managing vendor relationships and setting prices for bulk purchases.

Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of necessary supplies.

Inventory Management:

Taking weekly bar inventory and keeping accurate stock records.

Tracking and restocking glassware, small merchandise, and critical restaurant supplies.

Inventory tracking of janitorial and cleaning supplies.

Inventory organization and labeling for efficient retrieval.

Receiving and Logistics Coordination:

Overseeing all incoming shipments and inspecting product quality upon delivery.

Coordinate receipt of packages and ensure correct storage procedures.

Monitor receiving staff and ensure workflow is efficient.

Financial and Invoice Management:

Track invoice processing and expenditure.

Ensure correct coding of invoices and referencing with the accounting department.
